Do you travel to me?

Yes, I sure do! It doesn’t matter if it’s within Canberra, interstate or even overseas – I love to travel and am willing to go anywhere!
The morning of your wedding should be relaxing and fun, that’s why I come direct to you! So you don’t have to stress, travelling around town with your bridal party in tow.

How many people can you look after on a wedding day?

I have a  maximum of 7 ppl. But it really depends on the time you need to be ready by and the type of styles. If there are more than 7ppl requiring styling, an additional stylist will need to be used to accommodate the remaining guests.

What if I’m not sure what type of style hair I want? 

Totally fine.  This is why we do a trial so we can figure out together exactly what you want.

Do I need to have a trial?

100% Yes, this is why I include a trial in my packages. Everyone’s hair is different, so a trial gives me a chance to really understand what type of hair you have and how to make it look exactly how you’d like on your big day!

How long does it take to do my hair?

I always allow 1 hour for the bride and 45 minuets - 1 hour for the bridal party. Plus buffer time at the end for touch ups and veil application.

Do you support LGBTQIA+ weddings?

Yes! Of course I do, Love is love!

Can I have a trial before I lock in the date?

Yes, you absolutely can; however, no date will be held without a deposit.

Can I make changes after accepting the booking?

Once you have paid the booking fee agreed upon numbers can not be decreased. Additional services can always be added at a later date. If you are unsure about a particular person, just exclude them from your enquiry. 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with Kate Lily Dressing Hair, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

A confirmation text will be sent a week prior to your appointment. If appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge at any time, 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment value.

No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the original appointment value within 48 hours, or risk forfeiting all future bookings.

I understand that life is sometimes unpredictable and will always try my best to accommodate.

I want you to be 100% happy with your hair. So if you get home and feel something isn't quite right please make sure you contact me within 14 days and I will book you back in to rectify. Please understand this does not include a change of mind or wanting to get to a result that was explained to take multiple appointments to achieve. I do not offer refunds, and any issues that pop up after 14 days will require a new appointment.
